    We have a non-standard application process for Customer Service Representatives. To jump-start the process, we ask applicants to answer a few questions in an online form. These questions normally would be asked at the start of an interview. This helps speed up the process and lets us get to know you a bit better right out of the gate.

    You’ll hear from us throughout the application process. We have made a commitment to applicants that we will be in touch with them at least once per week while they are going through the hiring steps.
