HOW TO USE THE COMMUNITY
RFC Live is a community for existing agents and those interested in becoming agents to interact, learn and grow to get the most out of their work from home experience.
Please use the RFC Live community to search FAQs and Forum Topics before creating a new topic. Otherwise, you will be redirected back to the forums to find your answer and your topic will be closed. This is to prevent duplicate questions/topics in the forum.
This community is open to the public, so please do not post personal and/or confidential information in the forum. If you need additional support that is not related to this forum, please submit a support ticket.
If you are logged into the Arise Virtual Solutions Portal
...click on the chat balloon at the bottom right of any page. The chat, or AVA (Arise Virtual Assistant) is available 24/7 to guide you through answering your general questions. If you need to speak to a live agent, type "live agent" into the chat box and wait for the prompts. You may have to type live agent several times before being connected.
