RFC Live is a community for existing agents and those interested in becoming agents to interact, learn and grow to get the most out of their work from home experience.

 

Please use the RFC Live community to search FAQs and Forum Topics before creating a new topic. Otherwise, you will be redirected back to the forums to find your answer and your topic will be closed. This is to prevent duplicate questions/topics in the forum.

 

This community is open to the public, so please do not post personal and/or confidential information in the forum. If you need additional support that is not related to this forum, please submit a support ticket.

PF and QAPF

Once Arise CSPs begin servicing clients, they are assigned a PF and QAPF

PF=performance facilitator.
QA=quality adherence

These individuals assess and provide feedback to servicing agents regarding their call performance and schedule adherence. Each CSP will be assigned a PF once they have completed their certification course and have actively started servicing calls for the client.
