No, agents can be residents of the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom. Please note that providing false information about where you plan to provide call center services from, or where you are actually providing services from, will result in termination of your Independent Contractor Agreement.

As long as you live in a state that Arise allows IBO services, you can become an Arise IBO. However, you will want to contact your local law offices to find out if there are any legal steps or processes you must follow.

Additionally, I would recommend contacting Arise directly if you are uncertain about any their processes regarding hiring/contracting CSPs.
