HOW TO USE THE COMMUNITY

 

RFC Live is a community for existing agents and those interested in becoming agents to interact, learn and grow to get the most out of their work from home experience.

 

Please use the RFC Live community to search FAQs and Forum Topics before creating a new topic. Otherwise, you will be redirected back to the forums to find your answer and your topic will be closed. This is to prevent duplicate questions/topics in the forum.

 

This community is open to the public, so please do not post personal and/or confidential information in the forum. If you need additional support that is not related to this forum, please submit a support ticket.

The Arise Platform connects small call center companies to a wide range of customer support opportunities from Fortune 500 and other world-class clients. They include providing customer service, tech support and inbound sales, via email, phone and chat, for some of the world’s leading companies.

Working from home on the Arise platform is a great opportunity for stay-at-home moms, veterans, college students, retirees and other individuals who want/need a flexible schedule.

Arise Virtual Solutions does not hire customer representatives directly. they work directly with small call centers across the globe, or IBOs (Independent Business Owners).

RFC Staffing (formally OneCall) has been a partnered IBO with Arise since 2013 and we are currently recruiting new Arise Agents to begin servicing clients ASAP.

As an agent, you are an independent contractor 1099 and not a direct employee of RFC Staffing (formally OneCall), which means that you are responsible for your own taxes and health benefits.

Additionally, each client on the Arise platform offers a certification course that must be passed in order to begin servicing. These are highly specialized, instructor-led online courses that provide information on the client’s systems that you will be using to service, as well as the requirements for the program.

As independent contractors, all agents are responsible for their own training, however RFC Staffing will be here to assist you every step of the way.

If you are interested in getting started as a RFC Staffing Arise Agent, follow these steps:

  • Visit the Career Board and apply.
  • The Arise Virtual Solutions registration portal is the next step in becoming a RFC Staffing Arise Agent. If you have not previously registered as an Arise agent at,  simply follow all the prompts to complete it. You will be asked who referred you, enter 1000139 (Felicia Ortiz).
     
    When asked to choose an IBO, enter the One call IB ID 77830.
