Unfortunately, you cannot contact Arise on behalf of a registrant, as they are not part of your business until they have completed the registration process and actually joined your business. Please advise the registrant to contact Arise directly as Arise may need to verify or discuss specific information that they cannot share or discuss with anyone other than them. If their profile is inactive or they do not have access to online chat support, they can email Arise at registration@registration.arise.com. Currently, Arise response time for emails may be up to 5 business days.
