HOW TO USE THE COMMUNITY
RFC Live is a community for existing agents and those interested in becoming agents to interact, learn and grow to get the most out of their work from home experience.
Please use the RFC Live community to search FAQs and Forum Topics before creating a new topic. Otherwise, you will be redirected back to the forums to find your answer and your topic will be closed. This is to prevent duplicate questions/topics in the forum.
This community is open to the public, so please do not post personal and/or confidential information in the forum. If you need additional support that is not related to this forum, please submit a support ticket.
If you are an Arise IBO, you may found yourself searching tirelessly for information on how to operate your business. Arise has not been a very forthcoming over the years when it comes to offering assistance to IBOs. At the time of this ariticle, there is no Arise IBO Support department to speak with, or phone number to call if your business needs assistance.
However, Arise does offer an impersonal chat support option on the Arise portal. But let's be real, most of the Arise chat agents are not very helpful at all. Often times the agent will answer you with a scripted response and then claim to transfer your ticket to another department. The process is exhausting to most.
As a business, you don't have time to wait for departments to get around to answering your questions. Questions like, "How do I incorporate my business?" or "How do Arise IBOs get paid?" may have crossed your mind, but you just don't know where to find the answers.
