RFC Live is a community for existing agents and those interested in becoming agents to interact, learn and grow to get the most out of their work from home experience.

 

Please use the RFC Live community to search FAQs and Forum Topics before creating a new topic. Otherwise, you will be redirected back to the forums to find your answer and your topic will be closed. This is to prevent duplicate questions/topics in the forum.

 

This community is open to the public, so please do not post personal and/or confidential information in the forum. If you need additional support that is not related to this forum, please submit a support ticket.

Your internet connection should be via a DSL or Cable Modem connected to the internet. Your computer needs to be physically connected to the modem by a cable. Wireless connectivity, such as connectivity via a wireless router, is not acceptable. Important: Dial-up internet service is not supported by the Arise platform platform. You must be using a high-speed internet connection as specified above.
