Theme Park Dining Reservations

I started with Arise almost 4 years ago and this was the client that I chose to service, and have been servicing ever since.  There is never a dull moment when servicing this client because there is always something new going on.  You will be making dining reservation and it is a great feeling when someone calls upset that they can not get into their favorite restaurant and you are able to help them either get what they want or make suggestions on other locations that will fit there needs and when they hang up the phone you have turned their frowns upside down. I have only ever worked for this client but I must comment on the chat PF's and the QA and the entire management staff of this client are exceptional in the job that they do.  If you have got questions when you are servicing the chat PF's know their stuff and give you the answers and let you know where to find the info for future reference.  They do switch up the QA's every now and again and I have been with several different QA's in the 4 years that I have serviced.  But I have yet to find one that will not go above and beyond the call of duty to answer questions or give tips on how to improve so you are able to meet your metrics.  On a scale of 1 to 10 the support team for this client is an 11!! The call volume for this client is high so you don't have idle time between calls often, which makes you interval hours fly by.  The intervals also are abundant,  I have always been able to make my minimum hourly requirements and have also always been able to work as many hours as I wanted. So if you are looking for a great client to work for I highly suggest this one... You will not be disappointed and when you are done servicing for the day you will walk away feeling great for the amount of people that you helped.
