We are offering Customer Service Providers the opportunity to provide customer service, sales support and technical support for top Fortune 500 companies. FREE Direct Deposit – Deposited bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th of the month. Or you can choose to have a paper check sent to you
Agent Account – Personal profile to update your information, submit time-off requests and enter your time sheets online.
Client Course Reimbursement – Submit a request for reimbursement for client courses
Support Options – Support Desk and FAQs. Will also be available to our Customer Service Provider by phone and email.
Incident Research & Resolution – Have any issue with the Arise Platform we will advocate on your behalf, researching every issue and providing the detailed feedback that we receive and expediting a resolution. We have a 100% resolution success rate!
SOW – You will be provided with a Statement of work for your own records which outlines your pay rate and contractual minimum requirements.
