2004Early Days of Event StaffingEstablished in 2004 as a small event staff company with satellite offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Dallas, Texas we offered college students contract jobs with small and mid-sized business firms that needed non-traditional staff in the field. As word spread about our company, we expanded our services to include staffing promotional models, brand ambassadors, parking attendants, convention teams and street teams.
2014OneCall Virtual AgentsOneCall is dedicated to providing a flexible working solution for not only our clients, but also for our growing team. We wanted to add to our "remote staff" platform and offer more opportunities to individuals and business who wanted to "ditch the cubicle". With the introduction of some pretty extraordinary technology in recent years, we launched OneCall Contact Center in 2014. OneCall Contact Center offers virtual office and call center services such as customer care support, live chat agents, order takers and business answering services to clients nationwide.
2016OneCall Hub LaunchIn 2016 OneCall launched The Hub to assist call center companies in building their businesses and workforce. The Hub is an online resource community that allows independent business owners access to our national database of virtual agents. The OneCall Hub provides IBOs (Independent Business Owners) a tool to collaborate and share business practices. With the integration of social media groups and forums, The Hub also become a growing community for work from home virtual agents as well
NOWStill Growing...Two decades after opening our doors, OneCall now offers a full suite of staffing services ranging from BPO Services, virtual call center solutions, experiential marketing staff, field staff and event staff teams NATIONWIDE!
