What we are looking for?
The Customer Care Specialist will provide a unique customer experience by being able to research and resolve complex problems, while delivering world class customer service. This person will utilize soft skills, effective questioning and listening skills to anticipate and determine the customer’s needs and concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Researching and resolving complex customer escalations, complaints, assisting customers as needed by properly handling account inquiries, credit bureau disputes, and providing solutions in courteous and timely manner. The Specialist will have direct interaction with internal and external customers to investigate, disseminate, or explain information.
The ideal candidate should be caring and confident while combining a passion for providing a quality customer experience. We are looking for that friendly individual who possesses a detail oriented focus and can deliver accurate resolutions timely. The candidate will be required to communicate effectively and professionally in both verbal and written formats.
To successfully perform at this position, you should display exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes and easily establish rapport with a wide variety of customers. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work effectively with Operations leadership within the business unit. This individual will need to be nimble within an environment of continuous demands and shifting priorities.
