This program uses the AVG (Arise Virtual Gateway) Arise Voice Gateway (AVG)
In addition to what is included in the System and Equipment Policy Guide, call center companies that enroll in and service this program will be required to use the Arise Voice Gateway (AVG). See page 7 of the System & Equipment policy, linked to above.
To service a client program via AVG, agents will have to dial into an Arise number with a (786) area code. Agents that do not have Miami area code phone numbers (305 or 786), will need to be able to dial long distance on their service lines which may result in long distance charges. For that reason, bulk or unlimited long-distance service plans are recommended and are available from most carriers to avoid per-minute charges.
