• This position serves as the transfer hub and information line primarily for client’s guests or anyone within the client’s property needing information or needs a call transferred to another department.
• Calls vary from requests to housekeeping, to confirming hours of operation, to inquiries about packages, pets, etc. Representative also manages some calls for other parts of the client’s company including corporate offices,and television stations.
