OneCall Contact Center, LLC is hiring work from home customer support reservation agents for an amazing vacation exchange company. This client operates membership programs for vacationers and provides value-added services to its developer clients worldwide. The company has been a pioneer and innovator in serving the vacation ownership market since 1976. Today, their vacation network comprises approximately 3,000 resorts in more than 80 nations.
Training Time Options
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
7:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST
Candidate must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
6 intervals (3 hours) required on – Saturday or Sunday or a combination of both
• Monday – Friday 9am-11pm EST
• Saturday 10am-8pm EST
• Sunday 10am-6pm EST
Peak call volume is Monday-Friday from 2pm-8pm EST

This program requires dual monitor configuration to connect to client systems, call center companies that do not have dual monitors will not be able to successfully service the client.
