Most Arise Virtual Solutions clients require agents to have a dedicated landline telephone that is SEPARATE from any home phone line you use for personal calls. Be sure to check the Arise Virtual Solutions opportunity board for equipment requirements related to the client you choose to service. There are a few clients that do not require a landline at all.
