Most Arise Virtual Solutions clients require agents to have a dedicated landline telephone that is SEPARATE from any home phone line you use for personal calls.
However, more and more clients have started using soft phones that are built inside of their online platforms. If the client uses a soft phone, you will not be required to have a landline.
Be sure to check the Arise Virtual Solutions opportunity board for equipment requirements related to the client you choose to service.
