RFC Staffing, is currently interviewing candidates for Customer Service Trainer positions.
What we are looking for?
Customer Service Trainer responsibilities include facilitating on-the-job coaching, developing educational material and organizing training sessions for new hires. If you’re familiar with teaching soft skills like negotiation and problem-solving, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will make sure our customer service representatives develop their skills and successfully address clients’ needs.
A day in the life…
Upon hire, Trainers will be required to service client calls between training classes. Servicing calls will assist Trainers in staying familiar with call handling in order to provide perspective when training.
Additionally, Trainers will assume the role of a virtual supervisor over their team.
